Billing Policy
- All rides will be billed to the customer’s credit card. We accept major credit cards such as American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, and Visa.
- Please note that using a debit card to secure a reservation may result in an authorization hold on the bank funds exceeding the estimated service amount.
- We add a 20% recommended tip to the base fare. Any additional charges, including stop time, wait time, and holiday surcharges will also be included in your bill.
- Any applicable additional charges like tolls, taxes, parking fees, and fuel surcharges will be itemized on your receipt. Every booking will include a $6.00 administrative fee.
- Please note that published rates may change without prior notice
Holiday Surcharges
- Rides scheduled on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day will be subject to a holiday surcharge of 25% applied to the base fare, stop time, and wait time.
Airport Waiting Time Policy
- Passengers arriving on domestic flights will be given a thirty (30) minute grace period from the recorded airline arrival time.
- Passengers arriving on international flights will receive a forty-five (45) minute grace period.
- After the grace period elapses, there is an $8.00 charge for every five (5) minutes of waiting time.
Non-Airport Waiting Time Policy
- A five (5) minute grace period will apply before additional charges for waiting time kick in.
- There will be an $8.00 charge for every five (5) minutes of waiting time after the grace period elapses.
Other Policies
- Train and bus schedules cannot be monitored; therefore, billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.
- Passenger-requested stops en route will be charged a $25.00 stop fee and $8.00 per five (5) minute increments for any waiting time.
- We offer an optional airport greeter service at Logan Airport for a $75.00 (add $25.00 between midnight and 5 a.m.) additional fee.
- All FBO arrivals have a minimum of two (2) hours for sedans and three (3) hours for SUVs.
- All Fenway Park events have a minimum of two (2) hours for sedans and three (3) hours for SUVs.
- All Gillette Stadium events are hourly billed with no point-to-point transfers.
- All Xfinity Center events are hourly billed with no point-to-point transfers.
- During the summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day), all trips to vacation destinations will be billed hourly from Friday through Sunday due to heavier traffic patterns.
- For sedan and SUV service between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional $40.00 applies.
- For stretch limo/van and bus service between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional $60.00 applies.
- A $20.00 charge applies to all international arrivals.
- All rides will be billed in USD.
- In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, road conditions, and breakdowns, Boston VIP Limousines shall not be liable.
- We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
- In the event, we are unable to provide one of our employee drivers for your ride, we may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. In such cases, a referral fee will be charged in lieu of a service charge.
- Any ride booked three (3) hours or less before pick-up will be subject to a $25 ASAP fee.
- Our vehicles are non-smoking, and anyone found smoking in the vehicle will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
- Child seats are available upon request for an additional charge of $25.00 per infant or child safety seat. In accordance with state and federal laws, parents and guardians of children traveling in Boston VIP Limousines’ vehicles are responsible for installing child safety seats.
Cancellations & No Shows Policy at Boston VIP Limousines
The following cancellation terms are standard policy at Boston VIP Limousines and may be modified from time to time based on the market, desired reservation dates, and vehicle availability. Any mutually agreed-upon modifications in writing or communicated and confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the following.

- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
- Cancellations of sedans within two (2) hours of scheduled pickup in the Boston area and three (3) hours in other US cities of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
- International sedan, SUV, or van reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance, or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
- Domestic van reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance, or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
- Mercedes S Class reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
- SUV reservations must be canceled 6 hours in advance, or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
- Stretch Limousine reservations must be canceled 48 hours in advance, or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
- All bus and specialty vehicle reservations must be cancelled one week in advance, or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
No-Show Policy

A no-show fee equal to the trip plus service fee plus applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.
